The R9 TP irons offer better players more workability and feedback, while mid- and higher-handicappers will prefer the R9 set. Both sets, TaylorMade says, provide enhancements for greater distance.

 

A classic shape is combined with new technology to enhance performance. A space behind the face is filled with a light, dense foam that improves feel. Perimeter weighting increases the size of the hitting area.

  I’ve played about 7 rounds with the R9 TP irons. TaylorMade R9 TP irons helped my swing speed. My drives were nice and high with a slight draw.

  No dislike about these R9 TP Irons . The first time out i got my first win in a competition playing well under my handicap due to the control I got into the greens.

  good clubs I had R9 TP Irons 3-9PS, these are more forgiving and have good blance. Then birdie on 8 & 9 shot 40 put I am getting the feel for these clubs

  I bought this R9 TP Irons 3-9PS , because they are pretty cheap on this site. I have tried them, and they lived up to my expectations. I will recommend this model to golfers with a hcp from 10 and up.

  I haven't played in about a year due to a shoulder injury but i hit the ball surprisingly long and straight with this R9 TP Irons 3-9PS. I used to have a bit of a slice. With this club i hit as straight as an arrow with the occasional draw,
